Chelsea have made contact with Youssoufa Moukoko and his representatives

Chelsea have made contact with Youssoufa Moukoko ahead of any other teams who are interested in the player. However, the biggest threat to Chelsea is Barcelona who sources suggest are also keeping an eye on the player. Reports suggest that Youssoufa Moukoko wants to join the Catalan team. Therefore, Chelsea have a lot of convincing to do to make the player sign for them. With Endrick snubbing Chelsea to join Real Madrid, the Blues have now set their eyes on Youssoufa Moukoko. But Borussia Dortmund wants the youngster to extend his contract with the club. Moukoko wants to improve his game and hopes to impress the German national team coach for a place in the national team. The youngster could become one of the best modern-day striker. He likes to shoot from distance and can also create a play as he slices the opponent’s backline.

On paper, Moukoko will be a perfect fit for Graham Potter’s Chelsea, as the manager could help the young player achieve his full potential. But Chelsea will have to face stiff competition from other clubs as Manchester United if he decides to come to England. Whereas Barcelona are still in the running therefore it will be interesting to see how things unfold in the coming weeks.
