Chelsea are trying to sell their Cobham training ground

In this summer transfer window Chelsea are going to sell their several players to make themselves comfortable in the financial sector. They are also looking to sell their Cobham training ground.

It is to said that Blues they have already found the buyer and have registered their sale in February and there is a felling growing in the club’s management that they still need to sell their players to increase their transfer budget.

Blues have spended a lot cash since the club’s takeover by Todd Boehly. They have spend over a billion to make a squad and have tried to sign all the young talents from around the world. But even after spending a huge amount of money the club is still struggling in the league.

Mauricio Pochettino in the press conference has called for further investment in the coming summer transfer window to bring some more reinforcement to improve the quality of the squad.

It is been reported that Chelsea will need to sell some of their players in order to sign some new players to improve their squad’s quality. The financial fair play and the premier league’s profit and sustainability rules are not allowing the club to buy some players unsell and until they sell some players first.

Chelsea are looking to earn some money to ease FFP

There have been some reports that have claimed that Conor Gallagher and Trevoh Chalobah are the players which can be sell in the summer transfer window to raise some money. But they will not sell any players until they buy someone to replace them.

Some reports also claims that they have already taken a step to relieve some financial pressure from them as they sold their Cobham training ground.

It also claimed that profits coming from other clubs that owned by the Chelsea owner can also help the club to spend little more in the transfer window.

The deal of selling the training ground has already lodged on Feb5, which means that the club’s financial has increased from around €100 to €150m and will included in the 2023/24 season.
