Chelsea inury update vs Malmo

Chelsea fans do have some good news to look forward to as Antonio Rudiger has returned to training following his back injury. Whether this game is too early for his return still remains a question.

Chelsea’s other star centre half Thiago Silva is set to be involved in the clash. After he missed the Premier League clash against Brentford because of his international commitments.

Chelsea will be without American winger Christian Pulisic who remains on the sidelines and has not featured for Chelsea since September. The American winger has been making progress in his injury rehab but the clash against Malmo is too early for his return.

Moroccon winger Hakim Ziyech also missed the Premier League clash against Brentford on Saturday because of a headache. The former Ajax winger is expected to return from illness and feature in the match against Malmo.

Chelsea have made a fantastic start to the Premier League season as they sit first in the table with 19 points. They have won six of their eight league fixtures. Chelsea will be hoping to get another victory against Malmo to make it three wins in all competitions.

Thomas Tuchel despite the injuries has enough options on his team list to see off Malmo this week. The European Champiosn despite their injury struggles are comfortably the favourites to win the clash.
