Chelsea player getting closer to a potential exit

According to various sources, AC Milan has talked with Chelsea management about a potential deal for striker Armando Broja. TuttoMercatoWeb stated that both parties held talks over the deal on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the Albanian international recently signed a long-term contract with Chelsea in September. However, he hasn’t been getting enough game time on the team.

Moreover, it seems that the 21-year-old is also not in the plans of the newly appointed Chelsea manager. If the lack of game time continues, then the potential exit of the player is certain in the upcoming transfer window.

Armando Broja started his youth career with Burnham Juniors and eventually joined Chelsea academy. He spent two seasons on loan to Vitesse and Southampton before returning to Chelsea. He scored his first goal for Chelsea in a 3-0 win against Wolves in the 2022/23 season.

AC Milan interested in the Chelsea youngster

As per reports, AC Milan is ready to sign the young striker to their team. The Italian club is in search of a striker and Broja seems to match their profile.

Meanwhile, Chelsea might put a price tag of €40m on the striker. This price tag has been considered high by the Italian giants. However, both clubs are reportedly negotiating the deal.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is also interested in signing Rafael Leao from AC Milan. So, Milan could ask the Blues’ management to include the Portuguese forward if he refuses to sign the new contract.

Apart from AC Milan, various other clubs are also closely monitoring the situation. So, it remains to be seen where Armando Broja might be heading to.
