Chelsea Star Christian Pulisic is adamant to join Manchester United in January transfer as per the Italian source Calciomercato. Chelsea wants to offload the 24-year-old playmaker.
The Chelsea attacker had a superb debut season with the Blues in 2019/2020 where he managed 21 goal contributions. However, he has since struggled to find real consistency. Indeed, he only has 26 goal involvements from the last 2 seasons.
Christian Pulisic determined to join Manchester
The Italian Source Calciomercato has reported, The USA Playmaker join Erik ten Hag’s revolution at Old Trafford. In 2017, Pulisic has revealed his love for Man United;
“I was a big Manchester United fan when I was younger. I loved to watch (Wayne) Rooney. I wouldn’t say I’m a similar player, though. I think his passion for the game is something you don’t see much in players. That’s what I loved about him.”
Performance in the World Cup
The USA player has impressed everyone in the World Cup. The winger gave a man-of-the-match performance against England, scored the winner to beat Iran 1-0 on Tuesday, and send his country to the knockout rounds, where they will face Netherlands.
Chelsea are Ready to accept a cut price
The Blues are said to value Pulisic at around €40.8M. This figure is significantly lesser than the €67.6M they initially paid for him.
It’s still unclear whether the Red Devils are pursuing a permanent deal for Pulisic. However, it’s very unlikely that Chelsea would allow their top-four rival to sign one of their players on a temporary basis.
Well, United are not the only suitor for him. Arsenal, Newcastle, and Juventus have also shown interest for the Chelsea Winger. Liverpool Manager Jurgen Klopp has always been an admirer of the player but sources are confidently saying that Red Devils are ready to seal the deal.
