Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reacted to Armando Broja injury news and wished him a speedy recovery. Romano also revealed that Armando Broja would be hoping to return by the start of the 2023/24 season. He commented,

“Bad news for Chelsea. Armando Broja will be out for the rest of the season as he needs surgery after ACL injury — been told he hopes to be ready for the start [of] next season. It’s ruptured cruciate ligament. Get well soon.”

Broja missing out on the rest of the season would come as a big loss to Chelsea. Chelsea have struggled to score goals this season. Therefore an injury to their starting striker comes as a huge blow to the team. Armando Broja scored sixteen goals and provided 5 assists in his 35 games for the club’s U18. This record helped him to make his way into the senior team.

The manager Graham Potter would be hoping for the player’s speedy recovery. He would like to have the player at his disposal as soon as possible. Though it is important that they monitor his recovery and game time if they don’t want to extend his injury spell at the club. The club must realize that they cannot risk an early return of the player as it would cause more harm than good.
