Chelsea to sell Armando Broja, asking price already set

Chelsea could sell Armando Broja in January as they want to collect funds for Graham Potter. Potter is going to have his first transfer window as Chelsea’s manager. Todd Boehly wants to make sure he gets the fund he needs to secure some signings in January.

Armando Broja is a name who is expected to leave in January. He was on loan to Southampton and was linked with an exit from Stamford in the summer.

Premier League clubs such as Everton and West Ham wanted to sign Albania international in the summer. His spell at Southampton seems to have caught the eyes of clubs in Europe.

Broja has just one start for Chelsea

Armando Broja recently signed his new contract which is valid till 2028 but he has started just one game this season for the Blues. It seems he is not quite in the plan of Graham Potter.

According to Calcio Mercato, AC Milan is one of the European clubs that are keen to sign the Albania international in January. Reports also suggest that Chelsea has set a price tag of £ 30 million for Broja.

Meanwhile, Armando has spoken about his future. He said (via Fabrizio Romano):

“New long term deal at Chelsea is massive opportunity for me and my family. This is my boyhood club”.

“I want to keep trying to improve as a person and player. There is not many better clubs to learn than Chelsea”.
