Delhi Capitals will start their WPL campaign against RCB on March 5 and the IPL campaign against LSG on April 1. The Delhi franchise announced a digital-first partnership with Viacom18. However, the deal also has digital rights for the upcoming Indian Premier League and the global rights of the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League.
The CEO of the Delhi franchise, Dhiraj Malhotra said

Viacom18 Sports Head of Strategy & Partnerships, Hursh Shrivastava further said that

This gives fans a compelling reason to watch exciting exclusive surround content complementing the live coverage of TATA IPL and WPL matches on Jio Cinema. Furthermore, the association will bring the fans closer to the Delhi Capitals through Jio Cinema and offer them never-seen-before engagement in cricket,”
The key player of Delhi Capitals Pant cannot play this year’s IPL. The Aussie player David Warner is announced as the captain for this IPL season. Axar Patel is the vice- Captain of this squad. The Mumbai player Safraz Khan does the role of wicket-keeping.
Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant was taken to hospital immediately after the batter’s car collided with a collider on the Delhi-Deheradun highway early morning on Friday. His luxury car caught fire when the bus driver rushed to help Rishabh and pulled him out of the car. It may take 6-8 months for the recovery.
