Chelsea manager Graham Potter is under immense pressure after their loss to Fulham. Graham Potter’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat on Thursday night. For Chelsea, it seems like it never rains but pours. Despite of Graham Potter joining Chelsea this season, the reasons for the Chelsea heads to change the manager is growing. Chelsea had gone into the match against Fulham hoping to turn things around. Yet it was another disaster for the Blues. The hosts won the match 2-1 against the Blues. With the goals from Willian and Carlos Vinicius. Chelsea also saw Joao Felix being sent off on his debut in the Premier League. The young player is set to miss a month of action after his dismissal from the match. Moreover, Chelsea have now won only one of their last nine games. The pressure on Potter is constantly rising.

Graham Potter could be sacked by the Chelsea higher-ups

Chelsea were very confident in Graham Potter’s abilities when they signed him earlier this season. Graham Potter was even reassured by the Chelsea owners of his job. The Blues were impressed with the English man’s performance with Brighton. Now rumors have broken out that Graham Potter could be sacked by the club after his constant failure to perform. Four names have emerged whom Todd Boehly could entrust the job with in the future. Mauricio Pochettino is the obvious first choice. The Argentine is currently available in the market after his departure from PSG. Although he failed to live up to the expectations at PSG, he still is considered one of the best managers. Mauricio Pochettino had worked wonders with Tottenham Hotspur before. Luis Enrique is the second name that has come out of this rumor. Enrique had helped Barcelona reach new heights. He won the treble with Barcelona.

Another name that is going around is Zinedine Zidane. He could be the one to replace Graham Potter. Although often times Zidane have downplayed the possibility of managing a Premier League team. It is mostly because of the language barrier. Chelsea could have him as their manager as they have the funds for that. Lastly, Thomas Tuchel could make a comeback. The former Chelsea manager is still a free agent. He can make the return to Stamford Bridge if the Blues decide to approach him.
