Chelsea manager is highly impressed with Chelsea youngster Lewis Hall at Stanford Bridge.

Hall made his debut under Thomas Tuchel last season and made seven apperances so far this campaign. The 18-year-old is seen as a long-term option for Chelsea and his market value to increase at Stanford Bridge.

Hall is a versatile left-back who can also play in the midfield. He has scored three goals and provided four assists in just 15 apperances so far.

According to Goal reports, Hall is most comfortable in midfield and has a long-term future at middle of the park for Chelsea. But due to his positional versatility, he can plays as a wing-back too.

However, Hall regular apperances under Potter this season have seen increase in his market value. He was valued at just £1m back in April 2022, but the his value has now increased to £8.2m due to his recent exploits.

The teenager earned lot of praise from Potter for his performance against Manchester City. He said :-

“I really enjoyed his performance. He took responsibility, took the ball in tight areas, attacked the box, and could’ve scored a couple of goals on another day.

Although, Chelsea have spent huge money in last two transfer markets. Blues brought the likes of Enzo Fernandez and Marc Cucurella to bolster their squad. But, Hall is a homegrown talent that looks to have both ability and attitude to become successful in future and Potter has already shown immense confidence in the youngster so far.
