Harry Kane could sign for Chelsea next transfer window

Kane

Reports claim that Harry Kane might end up signing for Chelsea next transfer window. Chelsea have been monitoring Tottenham Hotspur’s captain Harry Kane for quite some time. Furthermore, Harry Kane is said to choose Chelsea over Manchester United and Newcastle United. It is said to be a tough move for the English man to leave Spurs and join their London rivals. The England captain has less than 18- months left in his contract. Although there are no signs of him extending his contract with the Spurs. If no offers are made for Harry Kane by the Spurs then it is an opening for the player to leave the club.

Harry Kane might join Chelsea after leaving Tottenham

Harry Kane has done his level best by sticking for the Spurs team. He has been their best goal scorer in the majority of seasons since joining the North London club. If he does end up leaving the club for their Premier League rivals or any other club abroad, it will be because Daniel Levy has failed him. Daniel Levy lacks the ambition and forward-thinking nature that is needed for a chairman. Nonetheless, the rumors of him leaving the club have ramped up over the last few weeks now. Newcastle United have also shown a potential interest in the player. They are said to be willing to splash enough money for the player. But pundits believe if given a choice between Chelsea, United, and Newcastle, Harry Kane would end up choosing Chelsea over the other clubs.

Any Tottenham fan would want to forget this weekend as they were bested by their North London rivals Arsenal. Spurs lost the match 0-2 to the Gunners who are now sitting at the top of the Premier League table. This loss pushed the Spurs further from a Champions League position. This has put them at serious risk of missing out on the Champions League position and finishing in the top 4. There is no way that Harry Kane would want to stay at Spurs if they fail to qualify for the Champions League. As the player can no longer waste his talents playing for a club that lacks ambitions to win trophies.
