IPL 2021: Mumbai Indians failed to reach playoffs

IPL 2021: Mumbai Indians displayed their true potential in the last game against SRH. Complete performance from the team with both bat and ball. But it took a lot of time for Mumbai to come up with this kind of match. Mumbai Indians secured 14 points but due to less run rate. Kolkata Knight Riders grabbed the opportunity and got through.

It was a high scoring game for both the teams. But Mumbai Indians had the highest score. And it’s not easy to chase a target like 236. Thus SRH lost the game. Though, they gave a tough fight, came 42 runs short. It was treat to watch fight two teams for the respect of the game.

Mumbai Indians had barely a chance to qualify in the match against Hyderabad. But they still tried their best to achieve the ticket to playoffs. But SRH also played good cricket and kept themselves alive in the game for more than 15 overs. It was an exciting match guaranteed.

Rohit Sharma got out early after hitting 3 good shots. Ishan Kishan had big plans for the day and he batted fearlessly against one of the best bowlers. SRH has a good bowling side. However, Ishan Kishan didn’t even flinched once. Thus scoring 84 runs off just 32 quick balls. He had hit 11 fours and 4 big sixes. Then, later Suryakumar Yadav got excited and he also played an amazing knock. Surya scored 82 runs off 40 balls. He smashed 13 fours and 3 sixes to sky.

Both of them showed their potential before the end of IPL 2021 and before the start of T20 world cup. A night full of power hitting…fans wouldn’t have to miss their favorite power hitters as T20 world cup is very near.

Mumbai Indians didn’t qualify for this season but they bled blue as the IPL 2021 came to end. They won the match against SRH and ended the year with happy moments.
