Ipl 2021: Saurabh Tiwari kept Mumbai Indians’ hope alive by scoring 45 of 37 balls. He was the only one standing with a good strike rate and cooked an opportunity for upcoming batsmen.

Keiron Pollard and Hardik Pandya later Tiwari scored enough to grab the match’s result in their favor. At one point, Punjab Kings seemed pretty strong in their position to win the game. But as always Mumbai Indians played for fans and for the passion of cricket.

MI and PBKS were both desperate for a win since they are aiming to qualify for the playoffs.

Both Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings have ups and downs in the tournament. They haven’t had the best of the IPL in this year. The number four spot is still unpredictable and chances are there for everyone…it’s about who grabs the opportunity to fly.

Punjab Kings stars Kl Rahul and Mayank Aggarwal came to bat first but they couldn’t show much of a magic and both got out rather cheaply. And Wickets kept falling for the Punjab Kings, although it looked like they wouldn’t even cross the 100 mark. Markram in his new career of ipl, anyhow he managed to bat and scored an impressive 42 runs off just 29 balls.

The innings by Markram helped Punjab Kings to get to a respectable total but it was clearly lower than the par score. As a result, PBKS could not win even after bowling at great line and length. Certainly an exciting day and both the teams had alot of leanings from the battle.
