Though he striker recently publicly admitted the possibility of leaving the club for a side playing in the Champions League next summer. He said:

“I’m in discussion with a lot of clubs, I’m open. I want to play European football” “I never cut contact with Lyon since I left. I try to go back to the club once or twice a year. Lyon know that I’m free. We’ll see”.

Eddie Nketiah has recently started as the striker ahead of Lacazette. But the inform forward is also out of contract in the summer and he has also shown no interest in signing a new deal with the club.

Gabriel Jesus could be the ideal striker to lead the young Arsenal frontline. The Brazilain forward would add plenty of Premier League and Champions League experience to the young front line. While Arsenal may also be able to get the forward on the cheap as he is out of contract in 2023. Mikel Arteta would be hoping that he can get the best out of the Brazilian forward.
