AS Roma boss Jose Mourinho wants to sign Manchester United defender Aaron wan Bissaka this January. Italian source Calcio Mercato has reported that Mourinho is interested and wants Bissaka in this winter transfer window.
Wan Bissaka has not started a single game this season for the Red devils. Even Ten Hag is not counting on him. So, the club wants him to leave this January. He came to United from Crystal Palace in the 2019 summer transfer and played plenty of games under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Now, Diogo Dalot earn that spot in the United under Ten Hag.

Wan Bissaka is in the radar of Mourinho because the Portuguese manager wants to strengthen his defensive line. Moreover, his move to Serie A would be perfect for him because defensively he is very solid. And Roma is in urgent need of a good Right-Back.
Wan Bissaka is a defensive beast
However, the 25-year-old English defender struggled offensively in the Premier League but he has excellent defensive attributes. Though he lost his confidence over the past years but in the Premier League, he is still considered as one of the best tacklers.
The Italian League is much more tactical with less intensity. So, Wan Bissaka would be a perfect deal for the “i-Lupi” side.
Manchester United is not happy with Wan Bissaka’s performance. This season, he started just one game (a friendly match) against Cadiz last week. His performance was so disappointing against the Spanish side and thus, he failed to impress the management.
It is almost confirmed that United wants to get rid of him, either this January or in the Summer. The Red Devils want £45 million for him and it would be interesting to see who will hire his services. The Englishmen is ready to go on loan or in a permanent transfer because he wants more playing time to revive his form.
