Leandro Trossard have received some praises from football Pundit Rio Ferdinand after his recent performance. Ferdinand have shared on his You-tube channel about how Leandro Trossard have done so well since joining the Gunners. The player have done so much more than Mikel Arteta ever expected of him. Trossard joined the Gunners in the January transfer window from Brighton. Furthermore Leandro Trossard had his best moment since joining Arsenal on Sunday. The player started the match against Fulham and was one of the important players on the pitch that day. The Gunners were flying with a win before the half-time whistle went off. Trossard was definitely at the heart of the win for the Gunners. Although the player did not score a goal, but he did assist all the goals scored in the match.

His tally for assists is now 5 since joining Arsenal in January. Leandro Trossard have been an amazing signing for Arsenal. Trossard only seem to join Arsenal after the Gunners missed out on signing Mykhaylo Mudryk. But now the signing looks like a good decision by the Gunners. Ferdinand feels like Leandro Trossard have surpassed all his expectations since the move. The former Manchester United player stated, “Trossard, I think, has been a masterstroke signing. We can talk about loads of signings during the season. But I think he’s one, gives you that depth in those areas, the wide areas, up front, which you needed. You had Martinelli and Saka producing miracles all year, but who was going to come in and affect the games if one of those was injured? Three assists in a half,”
He further added, “Only Saka and De Bruyne have more assists than him this season. He was the one player at Brighton who I was surprised hadn’t gone earlier because every time I watch him, I think he does something in a game. Belgian international.
“We were talking about wide players not taking risks a minute ago. This guy takes risks. He’ll get it, he’ll give it, he’ll play one-twos, he’ll dribble. And he can see a pass, evidently. He is doing everything and more of what Arteta would have wanted from him as a new signing at the halfway stage of the season. Massive impact.”
The Gunners fans are happy that Arsenal missed out on signing Mudryk. They believe Leandro Trossard is a far more significant player than Mudryk.
