The report says that Kalvin Phillips will not be joining Manchester United as the England international is aware of how Leeds fans can react. The Red Devils are desperate for a holding midfielder and Kalvin Phillips emerged as one of their top targets. The 25-year-old helped England reach the final of Euro 2020.
Moreover, he is the star and only positive of Leeds United this season. The Whites themselves are struggling a lot this season and Phillips is the one who is holding it together. Furthermore, it is a huge ask for any player to snub a £60 million deal to Old Trafford. However, the Leeds midfielder had to make that choice as he is mostly concerned about Leeds fans targeting his family. Therefore, Leeds are very lucky that he has decided to stay at Elland Road and not move to Manchester United.

Although Phillips is not leaving Leeds right now that does not mean that he will not leave in near future.
