Chelsea

Former Barcelona manager Luiz Enrique is reportedly out of contention for the Brazil job, which could mean he can replace Graham Potter at Chelsea.

According to Sports, Enrique is open to joining Chelsea, if Potter gets sacked for his team’s disastrous form. The Former Brighton manager has registered only 2 wins in 15 apperances, since joining. Enrique with his experience can bring glory days back at Stanford Bridge. The Spaniard has already won a treble with Barcelona in the 2014/15 season.

Luis Enrique is no longer on the shortlist to be the new Brazil Coach. The Confederaçao have decided to wait until July when the European season ends.

Potter looked out of his depth at Chelsea, even though he had shown an impressive run with Brighton and Hove Albion. He took the club to into the top flight for the first time in their history.

If Chelsea decides to make a change in role, Enrique can be the perfect replacement at Stanford Bridge. Previously, he had a good stint with Spanish National Team.

Chelsea have hugely struggled this season. Currently sitting at 10th position in Premier League Table and out of both the domestic cups.(FA Cup and Carabao Cup). Despite buying some key players in the January transfer window, their misery didn’t end. Potter’s short stint at the club is already under a lot of scrutiny.

However, Enrique can bring a lot of experience and help Chelsea to win some major trophies in the future. The Spanish tactician can also in the radar of other big clubs, so the Blues might want to move too quickly to get his signature on the paper.

Athletico Madrid are also targeting Spaniard and reports suggest that they have offered him a three-year deal in the summer.
