Furthermore it looks like Real Madrid have not offered the player any new deal. Therefore the player looks to be a free agent by the end of the season when his contract runs out. The winger is reportedly very angry at the manager due to the lack of game time this season. Marco Asensio have only made seven starts for Madrid this season. Reports claim that the player’s agent had flown down to London to hold talks with the club. Accorcing to Spanish reports, Arsenal and AC Milan have held talks with the player’s agent. Furthermore both clubs are willing to make a bid for Marco Asensio this summer. Barcelona is also said to be interested in the player. The Gunners are reportedly keeping a close eye on Marco Asensio. They are monitoring the player before making any bids for him. However they are sure to face stiff competition for the the signature of the player. Asensio have been dubbed as ‘magical’ by his former teammate Casemiro. Therefore Arsenal signing him on a free transfer deal is a steal for them. Furthermore the Madrid’s winger also knows how to win trophies. He knows how to be successful, having won 16 trophies during his time with Real Madrid.

Therefore his winning mentality would be a good match for the current Gunners team. Furthermore Marco Asensio shares the same agent as Fabio Vieira, who joined the Arsenal last summer. Therefore it could potentially Arsenal the advantage to bring the player to Emirates.
