As reported by Fichajes, Memphis Depay is looking to join Juventus this summer. Depay is aware that his career at Barcelona has run its course. The club’s abundant reinforcements in the attack have made it clear that Depay will fit into Xavi’s game plan. Now, Depay is looking to move out of Camp Nou to gain more game time this summer.
Barcelona have acquired the services of Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski this transfer window. They have also signed Aubameyang and Ferran Torres in the previous window. Moreover, Ousmane Dembele has also signed a contract extension with the Catalan club. Ansu Fati has also made a recovery from his injury. All this means Memphis Depay has slipped in the attack pecking order at Camp Nou.
Depay wants to go to Italy
Barcelona are encouraging Memphis Depay to leave them this summer. They have not included him in their pre season team. Barcelona are ready to let Depay depart for a fee of around 20 million euros. Multiple Premier League clubs have expressed their interest in signing Memphis Depay this summer. However, the Dutch international is reluctant to go to the Premier League after his disastrous spell at Manchester United. Depay wants a move to the Serie A this summer. According to the report, he has offered himself to Juventus this summer.
