Mykhailo Mudryk snubbed Arsenal to join Chelsea this January transfer window. However now he being asked to wait for his turn in Chelsea. Pundit Gabriel Agbonlahor feels that Mykhailo Mudryk should now wait for his turn at Chelsea. Furthermore the player was left in the bench for the match against Borussia Dortmund. Chelsea secured a vital 2-0 win against the German club. Mykhailo Mudryk was not even called as a substitute in the game. Graham Potter substituted Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Denis Zakaria and Conor Gallagher instead of Mudryk. Furthermore this match was all about winning and advancing in the Champions League. Therefore Potter was in no mood for any mediocre performance. Hence Agbonlahor believes that now the player will have to be patient and wait for his turn. And this says volumes if Christian Pulisic is chosen over him.

Mykhailo Mudryk to be patient and wait for his chance to prove himself at Stamford Bridge

The Pundit have now suggested that Chelsea will go forward with Joao Felix, Kai Havertz and Raheem Sterling as their front three. This will leave Mykhailo Mudryk on the sidelines. Agbonlahor shared his opinion, “Chelsea have got to go forward now and stick with that team. Mudryk, sorry, you’ve got to wait your time now, you’ve got to stick with Felix, Havertz and Sterling, give them games after games and I’m sure Chelsea will start winning games in the Premier League.” The Arsenal fans on the other hand will most probably be having a laugh for themselves seeing Mykhailo Mudryk situation. The player was linked to the Gunners for months and it looked like the deal was nearly done. But the Gunners were left stunned when Chelsea decided to hijack the transfer and signed the player.

His club Shakhtar snubbed the Gunners’ bid and Mykhailo Mudryk did not wait around for the Gunners to make another bid for him. Arsenal probably not feeling bad about the miss now. Many fans believe that they dodged a bullet by not signing the player.
