Pundit Steve Bull agress on the fact that Wolves star Pedro Neto can be an ideal replacement for Bukayo Saka at Arsenal.

Saka’s recent injury problem has been a sign of worry for the Gunners as they need another option at the right flank of attack. The 22-year-old has been instrumental for the North-London club since making his breakthrough from academy to senior first-team setup.

Saka has made 189 appearances for Arsenal across all competitions. The England international has scored 45 goals and provided 43 assists, since making his debut in 2019.

Under Mikel Arteta, Saka has been in terrific reign of form. He helped Gunners to finish in top half of the table twice running, as he played over 14,000 minutes for the club.

However, in recent Saka has been struggling with injuries. He has been brought off early twice in recent weeks due to fatigue. The winger was absent against Manchester City and he was also withdrawn from England International squad for the current set of international fixtures.

Pedro Neto has been under Arsenal’s radar lately but the Portuguese attacker is also struggling with injuries. Gunners might go for him in the January transfer window.

Pundit suggests Wolves can’t keep Neto at the club

Speaking to Ladbroke Fanzone, former Wolves star and pundit Steve Bull discussed wheather Wolves can keep Neto at the club and said :-

“Will Wolves be able to keep him [Neto]? I really don’t know. I think Arsenal are probably the only side he’d go to. Liverpool and Man United have got lots of options in that area, but it’s probably the only position on the pitch for Arsenal which needs strengthening, because they’re lost on that right-hand side when Bukayo Saka isn’t playing. They looked lost against Man City on that side without him.

“Look, fingers crossed Wolves can keep him and build the team around him, starting in January. But I am worried he might go, if I’m being honest. I don’t know how much he’d go for, though. I’ve seen Ruben Neves go, I’ve seen Raul Jimenez leave, you see some of the fees these days… I’d put Pedro Neto somewhere between £50million-70million, definitely.

“The talent he’s got… he’s capable of scoring, creating chances for both himself and his teammates, he’s so skillful, he’s got the pace. To slot into that Arsenal side, I think it’d be easy for him ”
