Pundit suggests Pedro Neto as a potential successor for Mo Salah

Pundit Mark Critchley suggests Wolves attacker Pedro Neto can be a potential replacement for Mohammed Salah at Liverpool.

The 23-year-old has been the talk of the town in the Premier League lately. The Portuguese winger has been in terrific form as he dominated Manchester City and ended their winning streak.

Hence, its quite obvious that Neto will caught attention of some of the Premier League clubs with his outstanding display. As per reports, Liverpool are said to be taking keen interest on the Portuguese winger.

Speaking on the BBC Football Gossip Daily Podcast, Pundit Mark Critchley was speaking about Neto’s future. He claims that Liverpool might go for him once’s Mohamed Salah’ leaves the club.

Pundit shared his views and said :-

“You start to think who are the best left-footed players on the right with some Premier League quality and it would make sense if Neto was on that shortlist wouldn’t it? It’s a hard profile to try to replace. Look, I don’t think Neto is at Salah levels just yet, but if you want someone who can grow into that, and who is already able to do it at this level, he will certainly be on the list I think, so Liverpool are ones to watch.

“Liverpool is one I would watch, nothing concrete there right now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s on a shortlist somewhere.”

Neto is a fantastic player but needs to work very hard to reach Mo Salah’s level. The Egyptian has been one of the star performers in the Premier League lately.

He has got many amazing attributes as data suggests that the Portuguese is faster than Salah. But he needs to find the back of the net regularly for further development.
