Richarlison’s struggle still continues as the Brazilian haven’t scored a single goal in his last 15 Premier League games for Tottenham Hotspur F.C.

Ever since joining Tottenham, the Brazilian striker have suffered from horrendous form. Conte’s side didn’t expect this misery after they signed the striker for a record free of £60 million in 2022. 2022-23 is looking to be the worst season in his entire senior team career.

However, the 25-year-old striker showed great form for the Brazilian team in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. He played a crucial role in Tete’s side and scored a magnificent bicycle kick goal against Serbia in the tournament. But, with every goalless outing, the confidence he has accumulated during World Cup is draining away.

Richarlison was substituted in the 68th minute of the match against West Ham on Sunday and Heung-Min Son scored a goal coming on as his replacement.

The former premier league player Glen Murrey gave his verdict on BBC:-

“A disappointing afternoon is rounded off by Richarlison as he is dragged off before the 70th minute for the introduction of Son.

When he gets home and looks in the mirror he will be disappointed”.

ARSENAL INQUIRED EVERTON ABOUT THE BRAZILIAN, LAST SUMMER

Richarlison recalls his conversation with FourFourTwo, last summer:-

“I was on holiday when I heard Tottenham made Everton an offer,”

“I was happy, because they are a huge team. Then it was all about the clubs negotiating a deal and, fortunately, everything went well.

“Antonio Conte called me during the negotiations and expressed how much he’d like to have me on board. That was vital for my decision.

“Chelsea made an offer. And I believe Arsenal also contacted Everton to ask about my situation. But Spurs came in and paid the fee, you know? It’s as simple as that.”

Arsenal would later sign his Brazilian team-mate, Gabriel Jesus and Jesus might win his first Premier League Title with Arteta’s side.
