Just few hours to go for the Asia Cup 2022 to start. For the second consecutive time, United Arab Emirates will host all the six countries to play the multination cricket tournament. However, team India will come in action on 28th August, against their big-arc rival Pakistan at the Dubai International Stadium. Skipper Rohit Sharma will the don the blue after a short break from competitive cricket. However, Virat Kohli will quite expectedly turn the limelight towards himself. The entire cricketing world will be waiting for the “King” to come back in form.

Last year, in the T-20 World Cup at UAE, India suffered a frustrating 10 wickets defeat in the hands of Pakistan. Coincidentally, it was at the same venue. Its time to see, if India can turn the favour towards themselves.

However, if observed deeply, Captain Rohit Sharma will be heading to touch a huge milestone in this tournament.

The present Indian opener right now is featuring himself in the list of highest runs scored in Asia Cup. Sharma has smashed 883 runs playing 26 innings in the tournament so far. However its time for Rohit Sharma to cross the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar. All he needs is to score 83 runs on Sunday against Pakistan.
