Tammy Abraham could be the cure to Chelsea‘s problems. Chelsea have faced many problems in front of the goal this season. Furthermore the Blues have struggled to score goals this season. However Tammy Abraham could be the solution to their problems. Many think that the Blues should consider re-signing the player this summer. The player left Stamford Bridge for Roma back in 2021. Abraham have improved his game immensely since joining Roma. The player have reached new heights in his career under Jose Mourinho. Furthermore he have score 27 goals for Roma so far this season. Whereas Chelsea had replaced Abraham with Lukaku. However Lukaku failed to leave an impact at he Stamford Bridge and was sent out on a loan to Inter Milan just after one season.
Chelsea should try to sign Tammy Abraham this summer
Chelsea have struggled with scoring goals this season. Tammy Abraham looks like a perfect solutions to their problems given his incredible form this season. Chris Sutton believes hat the Blues should try and re-sign the player again. Sutton commented, “Tammy Abraham is an out and out No.9 and Chelsea decided to let him go. That was a bit of a strange one, but of course they expected Lukaku to come in and have a stormer which he didn’t do. Buying Tammy back is one of those that I could see happening. I think he’s done pretty well at Roma. The criticism of Chelsea is that while they have lots of creative players, they don’t actually have somebody to stick the ball in the net.” He further added, “So I actually think £68m would be a smart piece of business to bring Tammy Abraham back to Chelsea.”
Chelsea will definitely be looking to sign a striker in the summer. Therefore Tammy Abraham could very well be in the list of player that they will be looking into. Chelsea will need a solid number.9 if they wish to improve next season as they have seriously struggled this season.
