The 20-years old winger has impressed in Netherlands with PSV. He previously came through the academy ranks of Crystal Palace and Tottenham. He is now linked with a return to England.

Noni Madueke linked with Chelsea

Madueke is “happy” about making a move to Chelsea but won’t push too hard to avoid offending PSV, according to journalist Simon Phillips.

It has been reported that Todd Boehly has already launched a big of £ 25 million for the winger.

While talking to GiveMeSport Phillips said:

“Madueke talks continue, and Chelsea are about £8.8m away from agreeing a fee for the England U21 international and have been trying to make that up with add-ons. There was an initial verbal offer from Chelsea for around £25m. Player is happy to go to Chelsea, but he isn’t pushing it and wants to stay respectful to his club.”

Madueke is an eye-catching player to watch known for his dribbling. The right winger is fit again after missing a few games at the start of the season. He has scored 20 goals in 80 appearances for PSV senior team. There are so many winger options for Chelsea after the signing of Joao Felix. It would be interesting to see what Graham Potter’s plans are in those positions going forward.
