Tottenham Hotspur’s midfielder Harry Winks wants to join Everton this summer.

Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks wants to join Everton in the summer transfer window. Spurs also would like to offload him as he is not Antonio Conte’s plans.

According to reports, Winks wants a move from Tottenham to Everton this summer. Frank Lampard personally wants the midfielder at Everton. Although, the deal would be a separate deal. This deal reportedly has nothing to do with Tottenham negotiations for Everton forward Richarlison. The thing is Lampard would like Harry Winks to come to Everton.

The player also favors a move to Goodison Park. The manager thinks he can get him back to playing like he was a few years ago. The report also adds Winks wanted to move in January.

But he was not allowed as they loaned out Tanguy Ndombele to Lyon. However, the signing of Yves Bissouma has put Harry Winks down the pecking order. Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge also said, “What I do know is, I think Everton wants it to happen, Spurs want it to happen, and as does Harry Winks.”

Harry Winks leaving Spurs for the Toffees would make sense for all involved in the deal. The midfielder has struggled for playing time at Spurs. He is clearly not the player, Conte thinks can play regularly. Winks is clearly a squad player. However, at Everton, he would get regular playing time under Frank Lampard.

Frank Lampard is one of the best English midfielders of all time. He would definitely help Winks get back to his best. Antonio Conte also wants to sign more players so a little bit of money would definitely help the budget to sign more players.

Winks made nine starts and ten substitute appearances in the Premier League last season. The midfielder provided only one assist in those matches. His most of the starts were under former manager Nuno Espirito Santo.
