Tottenham put pressure on their rivals Arsenal with a resounding victory over Leicester. A superb brace from Heung-min Son and a goal from Harry Kane ensured their victory over Leicester at their Spurs’ home stadium.
Leicester fielded a much changed team prioritizing their Conference League match coming week. Still, they hit the post in the first half. However, their efforts went waste after Kane scored a superb header. In the second half Son scored from a brilliant pass from Dejan Kulusevski.
Moreover, he ensured the side’s victory by a scoring a stunner from 20 yards out of the box.Kelechi Iheanacho’s late goal in the closing minutes were just a consolation for the Foxes.

Hugo Lloris 7/10
Made a fabulous early save to deny Daka and in the second half made a flying save to restrain Leicester from opening their scoresheet.
Cristian Romero 8/10
A dominating performance in the defence but looked sharp higher up the pitch as well. Contributed to the second goal by a double tackle.
Eric Dier 7/10
Kept the defence tight and won some important headers.
Ben Davies 6/10
Almost gifted Leicester their first goal in a sloppy pass. However, after that he looked strong and tried to get higher up the pitch as well.
Emerson Royal 6/10
Could not make chances in the final third. However, he was involved in the buildup that eventually led to Son’s second goal.
Rodrigo Bentacur 6/10
His passing was not upto the mark. However, tried to create a presence in the midfield after the first half.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg 7/10
His mix up with Romero created a chance for Daka which was eventually saved by Lloris. However, he was quite good in the midfield. Had a golden chance to score from Kulusevski’s pass but a poor touch let him down.
Ryan Sessegnon 5/10
Failed to make any clear inroads into the opponent’s defence. However, was still dreadfully short of confidence.
Lucas Moura 4/10
His presence was barely felt on the pitch. Could not create any chance and let his team down in few occasions.
Heung-min Son 9/10
Another brilliant display from the Korean. Scored a brace that included a beautiful curling finish. Moreover, he took the corner from which Kane scored his goal.
Harry Kane 8/10
Played quite well and opened the scoring against Leicester.
