Arsenal made a late dramatic comeback against Wolves to earn yet another important three points in the race of top four in the Premier League.

Romain Saiss scored early on but the goal was ruled out by VAR. But Hwang Hee-chan handed Wolves the lead in the 10th minute after the forward lacked on a back pass by Gabriel. Just minutes later Raul Jimenez had a fantastic chance to double the lead but could not convert on the opportunity.

Wolves looked comfortable until late on in the second half. But Arsenal started to ask questions of the Wolves backline in the last 20 minutes of the game. Martin Odegaard found his feet and started to pull strings in the midfield. Nicolas Pepe scored in the 82nd minute to make the game level last 1-1. With the score level, both teams kept on creating goalscoring opportunities. But Jose Sa parried Lacazette’s off-target shot into the back of the net to hand Arsenal a 2-1 win in the final seconds of the game.

With the win Arsenal rise to 5th in the Premer League table. The gunners now sit just one point from Manchester United in 4th position. While Wolves remain 7th in the Premier League table.
