AC MILAN AND ASTER VRANCKX TRANSFER SAGA FULL STORY
According to reports, AC Milan have now made a new offer to sign Wolfsburg midfielder Aster Vranckx. The Italian giants are now optimistic about the offer. They believe that the offer is enough to seal the transfer before the window ends. The midfielder has also agreed on personal terms with the Italian giants. They are reportedly targeting a loan deal with a buy option.
AC Milan reportedly wants to sign him on loan for €1m. They also want to have the option to sign him on a permanent deal next summer for €11m. Wolfsburg are also open to such a deal. Hence, there is optimism among all the parties about completing the deal. There are also suggestions that the player is loved by the Milan board and the manager.
THE ITALIAN GIANTS ARE FOCUSED ON NOT LOSING OUT ON THE DEAL
The reports also claim that every board member is focused on the deal. They do not want someone to hijack the deal. The club have also agreed on personal terms with the midfielder to avoid late problems. This is due to their experiences with Sven Botman and Hakim Ziyech. Newcastle United were able to hijack the deal for Botman and sign the defender.
Hakim Ziyech’s deal was also not completed because of the complications on personal terms. Another reason is AC Milan is working on a tight budget. Hence, the club cannot afford to spend more on transfer fees and wages. The Belgian also falls within the characteristics that Milan want from a new midfielder. They see him as a successor to Franck Kessie.
The midfielder also is physical and has great potential for further forward. Hence, AC Milan are very keen to sign the midfielder. It looks like Aster is going to be the next signing after Malick Thiaw. The defender signed from Schalke on a permanent deal. He also has great potential for further growth.
