Armando Broja is one of the hottest young talents at Chelsea this season. Numerous clubs have expressed their interest in the striker post his loan spell at Southampton. Newcastle, West Ham, and Everton have already shown that they are interested in the striker. According to recent reports, Napoli have entered into the race to sign the striker. West Ham and Napoli are the frontrunners to get the signature of the Albanian international.

Napoli and Chelsea have agreed on a fee worth €40m (£33.8m) for Koulibaly. The center-back has reportedly completed his medicals and will join Chelsea in their pre-season tour of the USA. This Koulibaly sale is sure to inject some excess cash into the Napoli system. Napoli can use this excess cash to sign some fresh players for the squad. Broja is one such target for Napoli.

Napoli have spoken to Chelsea over the possible inclusion of Armando Broja in their talks for Koulibaly. West Ham interested too.

According to the Italian newspaper Il Mattino, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is a fan of Broja. He also tried to get him involved in the Koulibaly deal. However, that didn’t happen and it seems like Chelsea wants to keep the striker. With four different competitions to compete in, Chelsea will need the depth that Broja provides. Moreover, the departure of Romelu Lukaku has Chelsea in a jeopardy.

Current Premier League Standings

Broja has proved his mettle in the Premier League with Southampton and is an established striker. Letting him go on a permanent deal could mean that the club loses a top young talent. However, Napoli are not so keen on permanently signing Broja. The Italian club also wants a loan deal for the player.

West Ham have emerged as the potential rival in the race to sign Armando Broja. David Moyes is keen on signing a new striker this season. According to a report, they have already held a discussion for Broja over an offer worth £ 30 million. Broja will add depth to the striker lineup at West Ham and also compete with Michael Antonio over the striker spot
