However, all the other top European clubs are also in the race for his signature. Although, Lazio are also trying their best to convince to sign a new contract extension.

According to reports, Arsenal are ready to make a bid for Sergej Milinkovic Savic in the next summer transfer window. The report also claims that the Gunners are ready to make a 70 million bid for the Serbian midfielder. He is also now open to leave Lazio at the end of this season. The Gunners also wanted to sign him in the last summer and this January transfer window. However, Sergej Milinkovic Savic made the decision to stay with the Italian giants till the end of this season.
They have currently signed Jorginho in the January transfer window. However, Arsenal want to again try to sign two or three midfielders in the next summer transfer window. They have signed Jorginho only because they could not sign players like Caicedo, Rice and Savic. Hence, it looks like the Italian midfielder is only a short term signing. However, Lazio are still in negotiations with his agent to get him sign a new contract. Although, there is still a big gap at the moment in negotiations.

According to reports, Arsenal are also monitoring the situation of Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo in the next summer transfer window. They tried to sign Moises Caicedo in the January transfer window. However, Brighton made it clear that he was not for sale. West Ham United are also open to selling Declan Rice in the next summer transfer window. It is also because he has rejected a new contract of the Hammers. Hence, the Hammers are open to selling him for the right price.
However, they are going to face tough competition for the signature of both the players. Chelsea and Manchester United are showing interest in both the players. The price of both the players will also be very high for them in the next summer transfer window. Brighton are demanding 80 million for Moises Caicedo. Whereas, West Ham are demanding 100 million for Declan Rice. Therefore, for Arsenal, Sergej Milinkovic Savic is certainly a great option for them at 70 million.
