ARSENAL AND MYKHAYLO MUDRYK TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY
Shakhtar Donetsk manager Igor Jovicevic has urged Mykhaylo Mudryk to reject the potential transfer to Arsenal. However, the recent comments made by the player indicate the opposite situation. Mykhaylo Mudryk has said that he would like to play for the Gunners. Hence, a report has also claimed that his agent is in positive talks with the Gunners.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has also sanctioned the potential transfer. Hence, both the Gunners and the player are open to a potential transfer. However, the big problem in the deal is Shakhtar Donetsk. In a number of interviews, the club officials have said that they will demand a mega fee for their star winger. The president of Shakhtar has indicated that they will demand a fee between 90-100m. They believe that the player has more capabilities than Jack Grealish and Anthony.
SHAKHTAR DONETSK MANAGER HAS URGED HIM TO STAY AT THE CLUB FOR THIS SEASON
The manager of Donetsk Igor Jovicevic has urged Mudryk to reject all potential offers in the January transfer window. This also includes a move to Arsenal. He has said that staying at the club this season will benefit the team and the player. However, he has said that in the end player’s opinion will matter. Hence, they are focusing on the current season.
He further said,
“This management will decide what to do when there is an option to sell a football player, the star of the team. ‘As a coach, of course, I would like such a player to play as long as possible in the team, to build a quality Shakhtar around him, so that everyone gains momentum, gains experience and does what, perhaps, the team once did in the Champions League.
It looks like Mykhaylo Mudryk is determined to get the Arsenal move in January. Hence, it now depends on the Gunners and Shakhtar Donetsk’s willingness to negotiate a deal. The winger has also requested Donetsk to negotiate his exit from the European clubs.
