Arsenal’s performances are getting praise even from the opponents. They were praised by the PSV Eindhoven defender Phillip Mwene.

He has also said that the Gunners are very hard to play against. These comments come after their 1-0 loss against the Premier League giants in the Europa League.

ARSENAL MANAGER MIKEL ARTETA’S TACTICS ARE IMPRESSING EVEN HIS OPPONENTS

PSV Eindhoven defender Phillip Mwene has said that Arsenal is currently one of the in-form clubs in Europe this season. Hence, it looks like Mikel Arteta and his players are impressing everyone this season. These comments come after their 1-0 loss against the Gunners. Therefore, it is a surprise that an opponent is praising the opposite team for winning 1-0.

He further said,

“We played against a very strong opponent tonight, one of the best in Europe. “We did a pretty good job defending, they had a few chances but we stayed together and close. The one time we didn’t, they scored. We had chances to score too. “The wingers and in midfield, they are very good on the ball, very quick, not just with the ball but also with their movements and thinking. “You just have to be on top of your game and communicate a lot.”

THE GUNNERS NEED TO CONTINUE TO KEEP THEIR WINNING FORM GOING

Arsenal will have to keep trying to keep their winning form going. This is because the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea, and Tottenham are ready to pounce on their mistakes. The Gunners have only lost one game in the Premier League this season. However, they are only four points clear of Manchester City in the Premier League table.

Hence, they have to vary in the form of Manchester City. The Gunners also need to hope that all of their important players return fit from the World Cup in Qatar this year. It is going to be a very long season for the footballers. Hence, Arsenal and other sides are going to have injury issues this season. Mikel Arteta will also have to use the squad depth smartly to get through the busy schedule of the club football before the World Cup.

Arsenal have quality experienced and young players to fight for trophies this season. However, their resilience will be tested when they are in trouble. There is surely going to be a time this season that Gunners fans will witness a dip in their team’s form.
