CHELSEA AND PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG LINK UP FULL STORY

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has urged the fans to remain patient over the injury of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The forward arrived with a jaw injury from Barcelona. However, Tuchel does not expect his new summer signing to be out for long. The forward was also present in the stands during the Blue’s win against West Ham.

Aubameyang was a much-needed addition for Thomas Tuchel to the squad. It was because they decided to loan out Romelu Lukaku and sell Timo Werner after an unimpressive season. Hence, his arrival will provide energy to the forward line of Chelsea. However, the fans will have to wait for the debut of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

THOMAS TUCHEL IS CONFIDENT ABOUT THE RECOVERY OF THEIR STAR FORWARD

Aubameyang is currently nursing a jaw injury. He suffered an injury due to a robbery at his home in Barcelona. The good news was his whole family was ok. However, the forward suffered a jaw injury. Hence, the forward is on road to recovery. Thomas Tuchel has also said that they will not be rushing the forward from his injury.

Tuchel said,

I can’t tell you if he trains full contact or individually. He has the mask. If the doctors tell me the mask is good and he’s comfortable with it, then that would be OK,” Tuchel said.“But we need to check it with no contact, half contact, and full contact. In the end we need to see how it is. It’s too early to make a prediction.”

Chelsea traveled to Croatia on Monday for their Champions League game on Tuesday against Dinamo Zagreb. Aubameyang will be traveling with the squad. However, there are fewer chances that the forward will be involved in the match.
