Manchester United will be travelling to Selhurst Park for their final game of the season. The Red Devils need a victory in order to secure a place in the Europa League, with the Champions League now a mathematical impossibility. Anything other than a win will see West Ham take 6th place, should they beat Brighton.

Crystal Palace sit at 13th and do not have anything to play for. Regardless. it will be an interesting match. Patrick Viera has instilled a fighting spirit in the south London club, who have gone on to cause a number of upsets against the league’s big boys. His efforts were rewarded with a Premier League Manager of the Season nomination.

The game is interim manager Ralf Ragnick’s final game in charge. Incidentally, his first game was against The Eagles too, which United won 1-0. His successor, Erik Ten Hag is expected to be in attendance for the game.

Manchester United: Team News

The return of Jadon Sancho, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford from injury will be a big boost to the 20-time champions. Although Shaw was ruled out for the season, he has made a quicker return than initially anticipated. Rashford and Sancho trained with the team and can be fit enough for the clash. A calf injury keeps Paul Pogba out though. This means that he has most certainly played his final game for Manchester United.
