FSG will back Jurgen Klopp with ‘ serious funds ‘ this summer have been reported by Athletic’s James Pierce.
The news is comes through journalist Twitter account ahead of Reds clash against Chelsea at Stanford Bridge. He wrote:-
“Whatever happens between now and the end of May, Jurgen Klopp’s position is safe.
“He retains the full support of the owners, who intend to back him with serious funds this summer.
“Klopp knows there can be no repeat of this season’s tale of woe.
FSG are going to match-up with rich-spending culture in transfer markets. As earlier confirmed by Klopp, their will some serious reinforcement in the summer.
Liverpool is currently struggling with their form and FSG will look to change the fortunes next season.
Owners also backs Jurgen Klopp in this horrid situation and currently stands with beside the German. Klopp also need backing this summer to turn the tide and inject fresh momentum in a midfield which has looked lost this season.
FSG wants the German and his recruitment team to be ruthless in the market and with his current squad. Liverpool will hope to climb to top of the mountain again in the near future.
FSG will give “significant resource” in the summer transfer window to pursue Liverpool’s high profile target. Jude Bellingham is on the top of their shortlist after establishing himself as one of the top midfielders in Europe. Matheus Nunes is also among the potential targets in the for Liverpool in the summer.
