‘He is a class batter’: Paul Collingwood on Virat Kohli

Paul Collingwood, the former England captain praises the Indian player Virat Kohli after his century. Virat Kohli scored his test century after 3 years. He lastly scored a century in test cricket in November 2019 against Bangladesh. The Indian skipper backed Virat Kohli in the lean patch in all the formats of cricket. Collingwood thinks Virat might be a threat to all the teams as he is back to form. He says Virat is a class player.

Paul Collingwood further added some words on the Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant

“He is the best batsman. The way he plays is awesome and he has the ability to turn around the game, but unfortunately, he isn’t part of cricket this time. I would love to see him back on the field…the world (of) cricket needs him badly,”
