Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp praised Stefan Bajcetic and his huge potentiality who is currently sidelined due to a calf injury.
After missing last few matches of the previous campaign, Bajcetic once again picked up a knock. The 19-year-old is currently struggling with groin issues.
Speaking in his pre-match press-conference, Klopp praised the youngster as he assured that Bajcetic is still in his future plans. He said :-
“We don’t know.
“With Stefan it’s again one of these things. Let me say it like that: Stefan’s quality, potential, talent everybody could see and it’s incredible. What a player. But the body was not ready yet. That’s how it is, they’re still growing these boys.
“We just have to put the brake in again and wait until it’s all fine and then Liverpool FC have a wonderful player, a wonderful player to use. But there’s absolutely no time [frame] to put on that and we will not. We just have to wait.
“He’s here, he’s training, he’s doing his stuff. We know how good he is and now we have to make sure that we help him to get the body to show that, not only once but then three times a week and we will get there.”
Klopp believes Bajcetic needs to keep his patience
Fortunately Liverpool have plenty of options at the middle of the park in this current campaign as Bajcetic has some time to recover.
Jurgen Klopp has Bajcetic is his future plans. However, Liverpool needs to very careful with his injury as rushing back to early can harmful. The young Spaniard has all the attributes to become successful in English top-flight.
Let’s hope for the best as Bajcetic might return soon as he would have gotten more minutes in this current campaign.
