Liverpool approached Ryan Gravenberch’s agent for a summer move due to his lack of game time at Bayern Munich .
Reds are one of the club that appreciates the 20-year-old Dutch midfielder ahead of the summer transfer window.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Reds are big fan of Gravenberch with his time at Bayern is under lot of scrutiny. He said :-
“But for the summer, Liverpool appreciate the player but not only Liverpool also other clubs in Premier League are following the situation of Ryan Gravenberch. So let’s keep an eye on the Dutch midfielder.”
Gravenberch is suffering from lack of opportunities at Bayern Munich this season. He made only 18 apperances so far this term.
He arrived from Ajax where he rose to ranks at the club to become regular in starting eleven. Andrew Casera termed him as “sensational” as he could offer another option to Liverpool to bolster their midfield next season.
Liverpool midfield could see lots of changes over the coming months and perhaps Gravenberch can become a long-term solution at Anfield. However, reports suggest that Reds are out of the race for their long-term target Jude Bellingham due to his extreme valuation.
In comparison to Jordan Henderson and Fabinho, Gravenberch can offer significantly more take-ons. The Dutch midfelder will provide different dynamics to Klopp’s midfield if Reds acquire his services for next season. However, Bayern are very clear of the fact that they want to keep Gravenberch and have no intention to negotiate.
