Liverpool duo leave their mark on Marco Silva after famous comeback victory

The match between Liverpool and Fulham had every ingredient to be called a “cult classic of the Premier League“. Although the teams differ in player quality and legacy but they gave a treat to their fans with a determined display. Subsequently, Liverpool clutched the victory in extra time breaking Marco Silva and his team’s hearts. However, Fulham manager had only good things to say about the performance of his players and rivals alike. This victory speaks volumes about Liverpool’s fighting mentality. The 4-3 victory would have only given this mindset a boost.

Liverpool lads Lauded by Marco Silva

Although his team did try to pullback the lead with an equalizer and eventually lead through Cordova-Read’s strike. However, an excellent finish by the Japanese DM Endo levelled it, before Trent applied the final finish to see the game off.
