Liverpool is slowly getting closer to signing Borussia Dortmund’s young gun in the upcoming transfer window. Meanwhile, speculation over Liverpool signing Youssoufa Moukoko is getting stronger day by day.
As per various reports, the contract extension of the 17-year-old is halted due to an internal family dispute. Moreover, the contract of the striker is due to expire in the upcoming summer window.
As a result, the Liverpool management is ready to capitalize on the situation. The Cameroon-born German has 4 goals and 3 assists in his 10 Bundesliga games this year.
The striker is seen to be the next big player in the world and other big clubs are also showing interest in the striker. Reportedly, Real Madrid and PSG are also in the hunt for the striker.
Liverpool is interested to make a double signing
Moukoko is definitely not the only player that Liverpool is targeting to sign from Dortmund. As per various reports, the English giants are also interested in signing Jude Bellingham from the German club.
Moreover, various reports have claimed that Bellingham’s primary target of Klopp. The attacking midfielder is at the peak of his form. As a result, the Merseyside club is desperate to sign him to sharpen their midfield.
Liverpool is expected to face big competition in the signings as almost every big club is interested in the English midfielder. Clubs like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea are monitoring his situation.
Borussia Dortmund is expected to value Bellingham at around £100m. On the other hand, Moukoko is expected to cost around £40m or less as he will be a free agent in the summer.
So, Liverpool has to cash in heavily if they want these two stars to feature for them. It remains to be seen how Liverpool approaches these two signings.
