Liverpool signed Mac Allister on a bargain price – Leon Osman

Former Professional footballer Leon Osman claims Liverpool signed Argentine midfelder Alexis Mac Allister on a bargain price this summer.

Reds have been very busy in this summer transfer window . The Mersyside club spent over £95 million to bring the likes of Dominik Szoboszlai, Wataru Endo and their latest aquisition Ryan Gravenberch.

However, the signing of Alexis Mac Allister for bargain price of £35 million was a complete steal. Leon Osman claims it’s the most underrated signing of this transfer window.

As per Premier League productions, both Leon Osman and Shay Given were discussing about various deals across the summer. Answering a question, Osman states that Liverpool’s aquisition of Mac Allister was a standout deal.

Discussing the matter, Osman said :-

“I’m actually going for Alexis Mac Allister. I think 35-40m for a guy who has won the World Cup, I think he’s on an upward curve, his form is getting better. We talk about Tonali for £50m I just think for the price, it’s an incredible deal Liverpool have got done.”

£35 million for Mac Allister was a complete steal by Reds

As Osman mentioned Sandro Tonali, Shay Given choose the Italian international as his signing of the summer. However his partner choose James Ward-Prowse.

Liverpool completely changed their midfield as the likes of Jorden Henderson, Fabinho, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain left the club this summer. Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Endo and now Gravenberch were brought to fill in the empty voids left in the squad.

Although the Argentine will play an important for Reds this season. The World Cup is a man in form and manager Jurgen Klopp will love to make use of it.

Liverpool are in terrific form as they beat Aston Villa 3:0 at Anfield today. Mac Allister started the match before being subbed off in the second half.

Reds still haven’t loss a match in the Premier League this season. Klopp’s team looks a complete different side with a complete new plan of strategy for fresh campaign.
