They all watched as the team showed off their new jersey. The new jersey is a dark blue color with red stripes on the sides. The team is hoping that this new jersey will bring them luck as they get ready to play in the tournament.

The RPSG Group, which is owned by Sanjiv Goenka, won the bidding rights to purchase the Lucknow-based franchise. They spent a significant amount of 7,090 crores to acquire the franchise.
During the mega auction, the RPSG Group made some significant purchases, including key players like KL Rahul and Marcus Stoinis. They spent INR 17 crores and INR 9.2 crores, respectively, on these players.
