Man City has already started signing players even before the transfer window has opened. Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez will be joining the first team to fill the void left by Aguero.

The talks of Jesus and Sterling to leave are growing stronger with each passing day and if it happens Man City will have an upper edge.
A very strange transfer link-up has emerged which sees which links the citizens with a potential move to Liverpool’s star Mo Salah. If the citizens will advance in talks, then it’ll happen most probably next year.

Why Man City wants Mo Salah?

Salah has scored 156 times with 63 goal contributions in 254 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions. With his performance this season, the Egyptian has been voted PFA Fans Player of the season. His stats against Man City is just too impressive which includes 7 goals in 15 games.

The 29-year-old Egyptian has already confirmed his stay at Anfield for next season. His long-term future with the club is still uncertain with 12 months left till contract expiration. Salah hasn’t agreed on a new contract despite being in talks for more than a year.

Salary increment is still a major issue in the contract talks for both parties. If Salah leaves Liverpool then he’s going to join another premier league side and what better can be pep’s Man City.

Representatives of Salah have already informed teams of the premier league about the player’s willingness to stay in the league. The list of informed teams also includes Man City. Although Pep has always believed in young talents and has never signed someone of Salah’s age.

Citizens have no problems matching Salah’s wage demands and can even make him the highest-paid player. The Egyptian wants his current wages to increase to £200,000-a-week which is nothing when compared to what he offers on the field for the team.

The Egyptian is not the only one linked with a move away. Sadio Mane is on the verge to leave Anfield and has been linked with a move to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. The signing of Luis Diaz from Porto further confirmed his desire to leave the club this summer.
