Phillips ‘might not move’ to Galatasaray amidst Konate Injury blow

Liverpool

Galatasaray seems interested in Liverpool defender Nat Phillips.

The Turkish giants are now leading the race to sign the centre back. As per The Athletic, the deal was valued at £10m by the Reds, a loan until the end of the season, a loan with an option to buy this summer.

Liverpool are ‘still waiting to see what happens’ regarding Phillips on Tuesday. But now the deal looks ‘not possible’ as GALATASARAY has signed an alternative centre-back on Monday evening.

The Turkish giant signed Kaan Ayhan from Serie A side Sassuolo on loan until the end of the season and the reason which will end Galatasaray’s interest in Phillips.

Many Bundesliga clubs seem interested in the Liverpool defender.

Klopp recalled Rhys Williams from his season-long loan at Blackpool earlier this month in anticipation of a potential Phillips exit.
