PSG interested in signing Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah after he recently dined with their president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

Salah has been a key player at Liverpool since arriving on Merseyside in 2017. The forward is in line to make his 200th league appearance for the Reds when Jurgen Klopp’s side take on Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

But the Egyptian have been off-form this season, scoring only 7 goals in Premier league.

Liverpool are going through transitional phase, Jurgen Klopp has looked to transform their attack.

The Previous trio of Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane were outstanding, few years ago. With the Senegalese now in Germany and Firmino out of contract at the end of the season, Liverpool have made some vital changes in attack.

Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz were brought by The Reds, adding youth and quality to their attacking line to replace their ageing frontline. But the biggest news – PSG are looking sign Salah, according to GOAL.

Salah moving to France?

Goal’s Neil Jones claims PSG are among the teams interests in Salah.

The Mirror reported – the Egyptian is said to having dinner with the PSG President at the Ritz restaurant in London.

But the publication didn’t suggest that the two met over for a transfer.

Italian publication Calciomercato claimed Liverpool are open to selling Salah for around €80million (£71million).

However, The Egyptian is still undoubtedly Liverpool’s best attacker, so offloading him would be a bad decision.
