West Ham United signed Danny Ings from Aston Villa this January transfer window for £15m. Danny Ings coincidently signed for another team that wears Claret and Blue. From Burnley to Aston Villa to now West Ham Ings has a liking for Claret and Blue. Ings has been jabbed and West ham faces an anxious wait of the next 24 hours.

West Ham were dealt a blow from Danny Ings on his debut

Danny Ings sustained a Knee injury just 30 seconds into his West Ham debut. West Ham United who is struggling this season and is in midst of a relegation battle would have been very disappointed with the news of Ing’s injury. Initial reports suggest the striker could be out for 4 weeks. West Ham would want Ings fit and firing again to help them in their relegation battle. Other options at striker for West Ham are Antonio and Gianluca Scamacca.

West Ham faces anxiety in wait

West face critical next 24 hours as they wait to see the reaction to the jab given to Danny Ings.

“Danny Ings has been given a jab in his injured knee to speed up his recovery…”

 The Sun claims.

“Hammers medical staff are now waiting to assess the reaction to the jab and will know more in the next 24 hours.”

Should the injection prove a success Danny Ings could return earlier than expected against Newcastle and could help West Ham’s bid to remain in the Premier League.
