Arsenal beat Aston Villa 2-1 on Wednesday night. The Gunners claimed their fifth win in a row. They also remained on top of the Premier League table.

The media were also praising Gunner’s defense in the match. Many media people also said that Gabriel Magalhaes had his best game of the season

While other also rated the performance of the center-back as very solid and aerially dominant in the whole game. The Brazilian defender made a howler against Fulham on Saturday. His howler helped Fulham lead first. However, they managed to beat Fulham 2-1. The defender scored for Arsenal to redeem the situation. However, there was no howler on Wednesday against Aston Villa.

Whereas, Aston Villa are now in big problems. Nothing is going right for them this season. There are also claims that Villa manager Steven Gerrard will be sacked if performances do not improve. However, Arsenal are certainly heading up this season under Mikel Arteta.
